I have worked in recruitment for the past 10 years, starting my early career with a global finance recruitment organization.  I was fortunate to have experienced recruitment from a global leader and learnt a lot about the business, customers and candidate expectations.

Managing recruitment for fortune 500 and FTSE 350 clients as well as private equity and family owned businesses.  Recruiting Senior executive and non executive positions across many sectors, my experience has been broad.  
However, my ambition has always been to develop my skills in search and selection, gain global  business experience and then to build a talent acquisition business that will deliver; a customer centric service, reduce the cost to recruit and eliminate long winded recruitment processes.
 

With a small detour, Apex Talent Solutions was created, bringing together like minded partners with the same vision on how to improve the value add a talent acquisition partner can bring.  We feel we have the skills, experience, vision and focus on our customers to make a difference.
